Service Availability: Keyla Locksmith provides locksmith services to customers in Baltimore and the surrounding areas. Services include, but are not limited to, lock installation, repair, rekeying, emergency lockout assistance, car key replacement, and security consultations.
Eligibility: Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and older or to minors with parental or guardian consent.
Service Accuracy: While we strive to provide accurate and prompt services, unforeseen circumstances may impact timelines or outcomes.
Quotations and Pricing: All service costs will be quoted upfront. Additional charges may apply for emergency services, extended travel distances, or unexpected issues.
Payment Terms: Payments are due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements are made. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.
Access to Property: Customers must provide proper authorization for access to properties where services will be performed.
Honest Representation: Customers must provide accurate information regarding locks, keys, and security systems to ensure efficient service delivery.
Cancellations: Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for non-emergency cancellations. For emergency services, cancellations may incur a fee.
Refunds: Refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds do not apply to successfully completed services.
